The Zerista system has built-in email templates for almost any situation. Attendees invites/reminders, chatter updates, check-ins and many system notifications, and more are included in our list of default templates. To access these templates, log in to the admin of an event website, click Engage in the menu side-bar, and then Templates (see image, below).
This page shows a full list of all the email templates in the Zerista System. They are broken into the following categories:
- Chatter Updates and Check Ins
- Conversations (Discussion Board)
- Posts, Comments, and Likes
To view an individual template, click on its name. This will open the template's settings and preview page. On this page, moderators and admin users can preview the template as well as make changes by clicking the Edit Template button near the top of the page. The template can also be tested to make sure it's working properly and to see how it looks when opened from a chosen email address.
