Recommendation - Rules

The Recommendation>Rules page allows you to set a limit on the number of recommendations an attendee/company must select before 'confirming' their recommendation list. If using the scheduler, it is a good idea to set this number roughly 25% higher than the number of desired meetings per attendee/company so the meetings scheduler has a larger selection to match and schedule meetings with.  Since the other party may reject the attendee or company when choosing their recommendations, we recommend having the number of recommendations higher to account for additional recommendation preferences and options when the match has been rejected by the other party.  


  • Login to the admin
  • Select Recommendations in the left-hand pane
  • Select Rules
  • Populate the recommended limit for attendee/company here
