The Posts area is a great place for your users to gather and exchange ideas and post about their experience at the event.
As a moderator, you may want to have some control over what is posted. Follow the instructions, below, for an overview of what has been posted on your Zerista site:
- Open the portal
- Open Engage>Posts
If you click on a Post ID, you will see the message itself. You can also see who sent it, where it was posted, etc.
If you need to delete a post, you can check the box next to that post and then use the Delete button at the top of the list.
