Send Zerista Your Phone Database (Phone DB)

This post covers how to send your database to Zerista.

There may be an occasion where we (Zerista) are unable to solve an issue over the phone or via our Support Center. To help us solve the issue we may ask for you to send in your Phone Database (Phone DB). This gives us all the technical information that we need to dig into what happened on your phone. This database is specific to the Zerista app. This is not a database of your personal phone, just data used by our app.

Once submitted someone from Zerista will reach out to you with an update.

 To Send in the phone Database from the Conference App please follow the below steps:

For iOS, iPhone, iPad:

  • Log into the app
  • Click More option in the bottom menu row
  • Scroll all the way down and select Support

        

Click the Box with an arrow pointing up in the upper right corner

Please note: You must have email functionality setup on the device to send in your information.

If the box symbol is not there, that means you do not have your email configured or you are not connected to the internet.

  • Type in a quick description of your issue
  • Please note: This is so we can differentiate your file from someone else
  • Hit Send

   

  • For Android devices:
  • Log into the app
  • Click More option in the bottom menu row

         

    • Scroll all the way down and select Settings
    • Click on Email Debug Information.

  • Select gmail in order to send us your data correctly.

           

  • Type in a quick description of your issue
  • Please note: This is so we can differentiate your file from someone else.
  • Hit Send

Please follow the same process when sending your send data when using the Zerista Leads App.

To Send in the phone Database from the Zerista Leads App:

  • For iOS, iPhone, iPad:
  • Hit Settings (lower right gear icon)
  • Click Support
  • Click the Box with an arrow pointing up in the upper right corner
  • You must setup email functionality on the device to send in your information. If the box symbol is not there, that means you do not have your email configured. Or you are not connected to the internet
  • Type in a quick description of your issue (this is so we can differentiate your file from someone else)
  • Hit Send
  •  
  • For Android devices:
  • Hit More tab
  • Hit Settings
  • Email Debug Information 
  • Here you may have to select which email program you use on your device. You must setup email functionality on the device to send in your information
  • Type in short description of your issue
  • Hit send
