Basic Zerista Project Plan

This outlines the basic plan our Project Managers will walk you through. This timeline ensures we will have enough time to train you to use your Zerista app to it's fullest potential.

This timeline will be customized to you based on time constraints and additional features you may add.

Basic Zerista 10 week Project plan  
   
10 Weeks Out POC is provided the Getting Started Guide (GSG) credentials for submitting app/website graphics
   
9/8 Weeks Out GSG Submitted for app creation. Zerista to folllow up if anthing is not correct.
8 Weeks Out Kick off Call Reviewing Project Plan and GSG Submission (Conference POC and Zerista CSM)
   
7 Weeks Out Bi Weekly Technical Call - review platform, spreadsheets for importing data, how to load data, sponsorship review
   
5 Weeks Out Bi Weekly Technical Call - review exhibitor process, troubleshooting data in the system, testing of the site
   
3 Weeks Out Bi Weekly Technical Call - Run through sending invites/reminders, linking speakers, exhibitor contacts
   
2 Weeks Out Send reminder emails
   
1 Week Out Bi Weekly Technical Call - Send Reminder emails, review onsite admin functions, review broadcast message functionality, review onsite support numbers and contacts
