Tags can be utilized to help attendees quickly find posters that match their interests.
To create interest tags, enter the admin of your website and open Posters>Tags.
Input the tags you want in the box under "Add Tags," separating multiple values with commas or line-breaks. You can create tag categories by entering the "parent" category as a single entry, and then "parent>child" for subcategories. These subcategories will appear beneath the collapsable parent tag, as seen in the image below. Click Save, when finished.
Once interests have been created, you should assign the same interest tags to the Attendee interests page so users will automatically be recommended to visit matching Posters.
You can also work with the integration specialist if you are integrating sessions into your site and would like to also have the tags carry over.
NOTE: do not try to use commas within a single tag, the system will separate the intended tag into multiple entries. For example, the intended tag "Snap, Crackle, and Pop" will produce three tags: "Snap," "Crackle," and "and Pop." Omit the commas!
