We have the option to set a default password for all users. Users can use the default password to sign in if they haven't activated their account yet. It is recommended to set the default password before users are loaded into the site. If you've loaded users into the site before creating a default password, you'll want to reset the password for all unactivated users.
In order to reset the password for unactivated users, follow these steps:
- Go to the admin side of the site
- Click attendees
- Click List
- On top of the attendee list you'll see the "Reset Password for Unactivated Users" button
- All unactivated users will now have the default password
*Note, you will not have access to this button until there is a default password under settings - basics - default password.
