Access the /admin side of a Zerista website and click the Surveys sub-menu, under the Engage tab, to access a convenient list of the site's created surveys (see below).
From this page, admins and moderators can create new surveys, and view, edit, and delete existing ones.
Click on a survey from the list to access the Edit Survey page, by default. Different objects will appear in view depending on the "Type of Survey." Please ask a Zerista representative if you have additional questions about the editing options of surveys.
Feedback from surveys can be accessed from the Edit Survey page, if surveys are integrated within the Zerista platform. Certain survey integrations will automatically pull results into this Feedback page for clients to review.
