From the Templates page, admin users and moderators can brand and customize the default Zerista email templates to suit their needs. From your admin portal site, use the left hand menu and hover over Engage to find the Templates submenu.
Our default templates are categorized by type (invitations, reminders, posts, meetings, messages, exhibitors, etc.) and provide the bare necessities for any event, but any feature of an event app is incomplete without a unique flair and brand to make it stand out.
For simple text changes click into the template and make your text edits.
If you have complex changes needed to tables, ruby code, or colors in the template please reach out to your Zerista project manager and they can get our team to help you with those changes.
